Manage and execute Influencer Marketing campaigns from ideation to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand positioning.
Work directly with clients to understand their needs, propose creative influencer strategies, and resolve any campaign-related challenges.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, KOCs, and content creators, negotiating contracts and ensuring smooth collaboration.
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, media) and external suppliers to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and within budget.
Receive briefs, craft strategic proposals, develop influencer selection plans, and prepare detailed quotations.
Lead client presentations and pitch meetings, effectively conveying campaign concepts and expected outcomes.
Monitor campaign execution, track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions), and provide data-driven insights for optimization.
Manage project financials, including budgeting, invoicing, and cost control, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithms, and influencer marketing best practices to offer innovative solutions.
Bachelor's degree with strong English communication skills.
3-4 years of experience in an agency setting, preferably in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or account management.
Solid experience working with KOLs, KOCs, and content creators, understanding their dynamics and pricing structures.
Strong proposal writing, strategic thinking, and presentation skills.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with both clients and influencers.
A keen eye for aesthetics, content quality, and brand storytelling.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A results-driven mindset, comfortable working with data and performance metrics to measure campaign success.
Ability to lead and train junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
