Job Description

1. AR

  • In charge of customer accounts in the accounting system to ensure timely payments and accurate records
  • Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and initiate collection efforts
  • In charge of reconciling customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Monitor claims requests from customer and work with CS team, QA team to keep RCI updated.
  • In charge of issuing invocies, debit/credit note and send to customer on time.
  • In charge of posting all AR transaction and Bank Receipt and do settlment in the accounting system
  • Maintaining accounts receivable files and records (Bank statements and remittance)
  • Producing financial and management reports
  • Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries

2. AP

  • In charge of following up payment schedule, to ensure weekly payment run is proceeded accurately under approval and on time
  • In charge of preparing payment on HSBCnet
  • In charge of calculating and reconciling designer commissions
  • Managing an Accounts Payable ledger and Accounts Payable files
  • Maintaining accounts payable files and records (statements and remittance)
  • In charge to post AP transaction and bank payments and do settlement on accouting system

3. Reports

  • Reconcile Sales and COS weekly Report, monthly report for signing off
  • Incharge to prepare Total Sales weekly report
  • Incharge to prepare Monthly AR Report

4. Others & ERP Project

  • Work closely with General Accountant to perform Monthly closing
  • Assisting in general financial management and analysis
  • Participate in developing and implementing processes to improve accounting operations

Job Requirement

  • Fluent English in speaking and writing at work
  • No. of general work experience: 4-5 years
  • Familiar communication & working with variety kind of customers, stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and willing to support junior staffs
