Senior Accountant

Job Description

Oversee full-cycle accounting operations: AR/AP, general ledger, bank reconciliation
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
Handle tax compliance: VAT, PIT, CIT, and other regulatory filings
Manage payroll, employee contracts, social & health insurance
Coordinate HR tasks: hiring records, leave tracking, performance logs
Maintain and update administrative documents: contracts, licenses, and reporting
Liaise with external partners: tax authorities, suppliers, landlords, and banks
Support the business owner with financial planning and compliance

Job Requirement

Minimum 5 years of working experience in accounting or finance roles
Solid knowledge of Vietnamese tax laws 

Proficiency in accounting and office software (MISA, Excel, Word, etc.)
Strong organizational and communication skills
