Senior Collection Project Management - Hồ Chí Minh - TA108

Job Description

- Responsible for leading the team to implement assigned projects including but not limited to: AI/Digitalization/Modeling/Developing and executing processes from stages including but not limited to: Idea generation, discussion with suppliers, planning, reviewing - signing contracts, and supervising steps in the implementation process,...

- Be a representative from Collection strategy management Department (CSMD) to participate in debt collection projects including but not limited to technical/non-technical/AI/Automation/Build the model.

- Responsible for monitoring or directly participating with the team and partners during project implementation, testing, UAT, and go-live.

- Daily QC and control the workstream of related parties/teams working together to ensure compliance with plans, directions, and VPBank/Law regulations from time to time.

- Report to Head of Collection strategy management Department, Head of Debt Collection Division daily/weekly/monthly on project progress and problems encountered during implementation.

- Build and align project budget with Collection, FIN, and IT team,...

- Build yourself with strong expertise, motivation, and on-time deliveries

- Other tasks assigned by Head of Collection Strategy

Job Requirement

1. Educational Qualifications

• University degree, preferably in Finance, Banking, Economy, Law, etc

2. Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise

• Understanding of collection strategy/process/operation.
• PMP certificate for Project management experience.
• Have in-depth knowledge of AI/digitalization.
• Have a market observation of use cases to apply AI/automation in Banking industry.

Must have:

• At least 3 years experience in Retail banking, 2 of them in Project management.
• At least 1 year experience in AI/Automation projects

3. Competencies/Skills:

• English skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading & Writing
• Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.
• Independent working skills
• Analytical, judgmental thinking
• Strong organization and coordination skills, can deliver team tasks on time.
• Good personal skills, Good communication skills
