Job Description
In summary:
- Independently perform tasks to maintain the streamlined operations of compensation & benefits (C&B) including insurance, payroll, tax, rewards, HR system, …
- Act as a subject master expert to oversee and guide other team members in daily operations.
- Contribute to the development of automated and paperless procedures for C&B-related activities.
C&B report:
- Manage reports related to headcount, people cost, direct labor hourly rate, working hours, direct labor production bonus, …
- Utilize automated tools to ensure reports are produced with increased productivity and precision.
- Generate ad-hoc reports assigned by Superiors.
C&B system:
- Administer the payroll system (Cadena), monitor the In-out Facial scanner and working violation system, HR rewards system, HR Helpdesk,…
- Ensure the efficient functioning of Sharepoint and Dynamics systems for related C&B documentation and workflows adhering to ISO standards.
- Operate and troubleshoot HR workflows established in Microsoft Power Automate.
Payroll & Tax:
- Be a member of the payroll team, handling monthly and mid-month payroll.
- Execute payroll and other tasks related to Expat.
- Handle monthly bonus for Production and Direct labor report.
- Deliver people cost reports and perform financial reconciliations with Finance.
- Assist Manager in optimizing payroll and In-out Facial scanner system for the efficient management of payroll process.
- Prepare monthly and yearly personal tax reports.
Social insurance:
- Conduct monthly social insurance reconciliation and ensure consistency between payroll and data submitted to authorities.
Policy:
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of payroll, time attendance and other policies issued by C&B team as well as other teams in HR.
- Assist Manager in the review and modification of policies.
Job Requirement
1. Education background: Bachelor's degree, majors in Finance/ Accounting/Data analysis/Information management is preferable.
2. Professional knowledge: Thorough understanding of labor law and social insurance law.
3. Computer knowledge:
- Immediate to advanced level of Microsoft Excel.
- Capability to work with Power BI, Power Query is an advantage.
4. Knowledge of foreign languages: good communication in English.
5. Others:
- Proficient communication is key when collaborating with large teams.
- Strong self-discipline is essential.
- Data-oriented is a must.
- Attention to detail is crucial.
6. Professional experience:
- At least 3 years experience in Compemsation& benefits function, especially in a production environment.
- Solid knowledge/ experience in PIT and salary for foreigners is a big advance.
