We are looking for the candidate for Senior Consultant – Payroll Services, HRIS Solutions located in District 1, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
JOB PURPOSES:
HRIS Solution Senior Consultant is responsible for leading and guiding the best solution for our clients throughout the implementation process of Total HR Solutions services. It involves a wide range of activities from requirements gathering, business analysis, system configuration. They will be required to lead both online and face-to-face meetings and guide our clients to a successful project delivery
RESPONSIBILITY
Finance: Collaborate with team members to meet financial goals and stay within project budgets.
Client Excellence
Conduct in-depth analysis across multiple HRIS projects, focusing on Employee Self-Services, absence management, overtime, and time and attendance solutions. Recommend tailored business solutions to meet client needs and ensure successful implementation.
Monitor data flows between HR systems to maintain accuracy.
Develop project plans for clients, outlining tasks for timely software go-live.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing feedback and implementation activities.
Participate in improvement projects, including testing and validation.
Provide tailored business and technical solutions after thorough analysis.
Guide clients for successful application rollouts, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer.
Operational Excellence
Create and maintain detailed documentation for each client, capturing all customizations related to Employee Self-Services, time and attendance management.
Collaborate with the Delivery team to implement customizations required by clients, ensuring alignment with their HRIS objectives.
Identify system gaps and collaborate with Product Management for enhancements.
Assist the Development Team in software development and change management.
Test beta versions of software and report findings.
Document and maintain best practices for implementation, including procedures and configurations.
Job Requirement
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
University graduate in: Economics, Finance/Accounting, Human resource, Information System, Computer Science.
Proficient in Excel and managing data.
Have knowledge and experience in: HR system, labor law, Payroll, Time attendance.
Possess a deep understanding of HRIS systems, with a focus on employee self-service, absence management, and time tracking
Stakeholder management, Problem solving & decision making
Strong Communication and Presentation
Strong knowledge of Labor law, PIT knowledge & Insurance law and user experience
English: Good in reading and understanding, listening & speaking English
