BI Development: Standardize & maintain regular data cleaning and data integrity programs for implementing, managing, and enhancing Products, Assessment and Customer performance reports system, provides actionable insights based on data to support for business decisions
CRM & Customer Lifecycle Development: Plan, implement & test all CRM initiatives/campaigns/framework with BA, IT developers, as well as marketing, sales, product teams to encourage consumer engagement and retention.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the whole company on different projects, processes, products & communication implementation
Job Requirement
1. Degree: University graduates or above, preferably in disciplines such as IT, Banking, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or other quantitative fields
2. Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in Data analytics in CRM, Products, Commercial, Sales or other Business related areas
Consumer finance, Retail Banking experience with a good perspective of consumer and products, processes, pricing, technologies, etc.
Having experience in setting up process/framework, optimization; having worked as an IT BA is an advantage
3. Language: Advanced level of English, can be proven by experience of working in international companies
4. Professional skills:
Understanding of Consumer Finance/Retail Banking Products and Processes.
Understanding of MS Offices/Power BI/SQL and Principles of database management
Understanding of Statistical techniques and concepts (regression, A/B testing, propensity score, etc.)
Understanding of the general concept of Up-sell/Cross-sell business, CRM System, Growth and Monetization
