Job Description

Maintain and enrich playground data to support CRM report, ad-hoc, monitoring, evaluation activities and other purposes.
Designing automated reporting and providing recommendation to business user (Sales, Products, Client Behavior, Communications, Process flow, etc..)
Be able to interact with all departments and work closely with business user specially CRM, Products, and Digital teams to identify requirements and expected outcomes.
Provide analysis and report to manager level to drive the business forward. Communicate your analysis and reporting in an easy-to-understand way through presentations, email, and with proper documentation.
Support A/B and multivariate testing of client behavior

Job Requirement

Strong SQL and database
Experienced with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau...)
Intermediate or advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Good knowledge of verbal and written English language
Problem solving and decision-making personality
Good communication, stakeholders management & presentations skills
Background from banking/finance/tech-based company is an advantage
