About the Role - The position involves maintaining, developing, and customizing financial management reports, collaborating with various departments, analyzing financial data, and overseeing financial analytics projects.

Responsibilities

• Report Development & Customization: Maintain, develop, and customize financial management reports. Build dashboards using data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Collaboration with Departments: Gather requirements from various departments (Operations, Accounting, Sales, etc.). Adjust and optimize financial reports to better meet real-world needs.
• Financial Analysis & Decision Support: Analyze financial data to identify trends, growth opportunities, or operational issues. Provide recommendations based on financial insights to enhance business efficiency.
• Financial Data Warehouse Development & Management: Work with the IT team to design and implement financial data warehouses for reporting and analysis. Ensure data accuracy through quality control processes.
• Implementation & Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of financial analytics projects, from requirement gathering and design to deployment and user training.

Job Requirement

• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and data processing languages such as Python or R.
• Expertise in financial data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) for dashboard and report development.
• Knowledge of financial data warehouse concepts and experience in building financial data warehouses.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Understanding of logistics, accounting, or ERP systems is a plus.
