Senior HR & Admin Specialist

Office Management:
○ Oversee office facilities and maintenance.
○ Manage office supplies, tools and assets as well as make orders upon requests and demands.
○ Monitor operational costs and assure periodical payments
○ Maintain and organize administrative records and files
○ Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
○ Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including parking registration, petty cash usage, etc
○ Arrange travel bookings and Work permit, TRC for expats.
Human Resources:
○ Strategically advise business leaders to achieve business goals.
○ Collaborate with CoE to execute HR related functions: recruitment, training plan, employee relationship, performance appraisal, annual salary review, etc.
○ Conduct onboard/ offboard and organize newhire orientation.
○ Ensure policies and regulations are well developed, recorded and implemented in accordance with the Company’s vision, mission and strategies as well as Labor law and other regulations by government.
○ Propose annual HR plans (HC, payroll, training, etc) to support business growth
Admin:
○ Organise events and festival celebrations execution for company activities: birthdays, Company trip, year-end party, etc
○ Be the point of contact to provide HR expertise’s feedback for any related topics requested by employees.
College or Bachelor in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related major
At least 3 year experience in HR Generalist, HRBP or same position
Successful experience in technology companies or start-up companies would be an advantage
Demonstrated experience in vairous HR functional areas
Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking, logical thinking, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to adapt the fast-paced enviroment, work under pressure, manage multiple, complex issues and prioritse projects concurrently
Ability to organise diversified internal events.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent in building rapports with different levels and leadership
