Senior HR Service (CnB)

Job Description

As a Senior HR Service (CnB) , you will be responsible for:

* Managing all C&B operations: attendance, payroll, labor contracts, social insurance, PIT.

* Maintaining and updating employee data accurately on SAP.

* Providing advice and support to departments on HR policies, labor relations, and legal compliance.

* Handling complex employee relations issues in accordance with Vietnam Labor Law.

* Supporting foreign employees and preparing HR-related reports and documentation.

Job Requirement

* Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, Foreign Languages, HR, or related fields.

* At least 3 years of experience in HR (C&B, Employee Relations, HRBP) in large companies.

* Proficiency in SAP is a strong advantage.

* Ability to work under pressure with high accuracy.
