1.Primary position objectives
Experienced in effective support for Continuous Improvement Manager in establishing the continuous improvement culture within the company. Providing training and expertise related to CI tools such as 5S and point kaizen. Ensure effective/standardized visual management. Working on employee involvement, productivity, quality improvement, safety and any cost takeout.
2. Main duties / responsibilities
· Supervision and development Lean/ CI activities e.g. 5S, Point Kaizen, cost take-out, common KPIs within operations group, the company level.
· Experience in leading CI training program related to Lean methodology such as “Lean basic”, 8 wastes, value-added and non-value added, etc. for newcomers or requirements from other departments to promote Lean culture following internal training program agreed with HR. Able to provide/introduce contextual adjustments.
· Identification, consulting and facilitation Lean initiatives, such as improvement events and value stream mapping, to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize processes. For example: space utilization, material flow, ergonomics, and safety regulations to create efficient and well-organized environments.
· Development of experienced CI assigned event, work teams. Strongly motivated, enabling a high level of involvement and understanding resulted in high performance outcome.
· Experienced in running Lean activities. Determining/consulting project scopes, performance goals (deliverables) and metrics. Supervising successful implementation including long term reinforcement plan.
· Development of training materials, activities, plans, including learning-supportive equipment.
· Experienced in processes/systems/assembly waste identification and improvement execution feasibility.
· Conducting statistical and root cause analysis for CI goal. Capable of implementing actions enhancing overall CI metrics performance.
· Deploy/advise correct/effective CI tool enable system enhancement/integration between various departments.
· Training/coaching/support of Lean coordinator or Lean supporter.
· Fully responsible for reporting systems: Audit Lean activities weekly, monthly, quarterly, and bi-annually.
· Monitoring progress of improvement event, point kaizen approval process (create approval flows etc.) on SharePoint.
· Cooperation with Finance dept. regarding saving calculation/verification for point kaizen and other projects driven by CI e.g. common KPIs for operations on company level.
· Leading development/creation of new standard procedures, documents when required.
· Positively inspiring people creating efficient Lean environment, with strong impact on improvement culture of the company.
· Leading: audit, improve, summary activities and supervise 5S – visual management and kaizen activities at all areas in the company with less supervisor.
· Supporting supervisor/ manager for team development.
· Ensure timely and correct update of documents and procedures.
· Facilitating brainstorming activities supporting improvement activities, savings activities budgetary following annual target.
· Budget responsibility – monitoring/control of departmental spendings following spending limits for approved annual budget.
· Basic knowledge of MES/ERP enables CI related task execution.
· Employee is responsible in proactively receive, search, learn and comply with prevailing law and company regulation which are communicated via internal information channels including broadcasting, email, SBS (Sonion Business System), notice board and electronic notice in every area. This content includes but not limited to: ISO on Quality Management, Environment, Occupation Health & Safety, Code of conduct and Corporate Social Responsibility, Labor safety and Fire Prevention and Fighting, Work Rule and Employee Handbook and other internal regulations.
Attending concerned training courses of QMS–ISO 9001, EMS-ISO 14001, OH&SMS-ISO45001 where required.
3. Organizing
· Establish and lead teams to conduct events, workshops, and summary ceremony, common savings activities
· Plan budget for workshop, Voting, summary or any events
4. Co-operation with departments supporting.

Mandatory: At least 2 years’ experience in LEAN/CI department.
