Job Description

Provide assistance in the preparation of legal documents, including contracts, policies, and regulations. Cung cấp hỗ trợ trong việc chuẩn bị các tài liệu pháp lý, bao gồm hợp đồng, chính sách và quy định
Draft and negotiate commercial contracts. Soạn thảo và đàm phán các hợp đồng thương mại
Conduct a thorough review of legal documents and identify any potential legal risks, providing well-informed advice and recommendations accordingly. Tiến hành rà soát kỹ lưỡng các văn bản pháp lý và xác định bất kỳ rủi ro pháp lý tiềm ẩn nào, đưa ra lời khuyên và khuyến nghị đầy đủ thông tin phù hợp.
Collaborate with external legal counsel to ensure the university's strict adherence to legal requirements, and to provide support in the management of legal disputes and litigation. Phối hợp với cố vấn pháp lý bên ngoài để đảm bảo trường đại học tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các yêu cầu pháp lý và cung cấp hỗ trợ trong việc quản lý các tranh chấp và kiện tụng pháp lý.
Work with other departments to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Làm việc với các bộ phận khác để đảm bảo tuân thủ tất cả các luật và quy định hiện hành.
Conduct research and analysis of legal issues and documents that may have an impact on the university, and offer insightful recommendations to the institution. Collaborate with other functions within the company to structure, draft, negotiate, and manage various relationships such as product licenses, partnership agreements, vendor contracts, employment contracts, and other operational arrangements on a global scale. Phối hợp với các chức năng khác trong công ty để cấu trúc, soạn thảo, đàm phán và quản lý các mối quan hệ khác nhau như giấy phép sản phẩm, thỏa thuận hợp tác, hợp đồng với nhà cung cấp, hợp đồng lao động và các thỏa thuận hoạt động khác trên quy mô toàn cầu.
Maintain accurate and current legal documents and records. Duy trì các tài liệu và hồ sơ pháp lý chính xác và hiện hành
Coordinate and organize legal meetings and ensure the timely preparation of necessary meeting materials. Phối hợp và tổ chức các cuộc họp pháp lý và đảm bảo chuẩn bị kịp thời các tài liệu cần thiết cho cuộc họp.
Support the university in managing correspondence and exchanging legal information with internal and external stakeholders. Hỗ trợ trường đại học trong việc quản lý thư từ và trao đổi thông tin pháp lý với các bên liên quan bên trong và bên ngoài.
Participate in negotiations and provide legal counsel in resolving disputes pertaining to the university's activities. Tham gia đàm phán và tư vấn pháp lý trong việc giải quyết các tranh chấp liên quan đến hoạt động của trường
Keep abreast of the latest legal developments related to the university's activities. Bám sát những phát triển pháp lý mới nhất liên quan đến hoạt động của trường đại học
Fulfill any other legal duties as required by the university management board. Thực hiện các nghĩa vụ pháp lý khác theo yêu cầu của ban giám hiệu trường đại học.

Job Requirement

Bachelor in Law degree. Tốt nghiệp cử nhân luật
3-4 years of experience at in-house company, proven experience as a Legal Counsel in business environment. Có 3-4 năm kinh nghiệm tại công ty nội bộ, kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Cố vấn pháp lý trong môi trường kinh doanh.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Kỹ năng phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề xuất sắc.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và hòa đồng.
Outstanding communication skills in both English and Vietnamese (both written and verbal). Kỹ năng giao tiếp xuất sắc bằng cả tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt (cả viết và nói).
Demonstrate excellent legal judgment, be a good team player and be highly efficient. Có khả năng phán đoán pháp lý tốt, làm việc nhóm, hiệu suất cao
Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures. Kiến thức và hiểu biết tốt về pháp luật và thủ tục doanh nghiệp.
Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies. Có đạo đức nghề nghiệp và tính chính trực cao.
