Drafting and reviewing contracts to ensure they conform to legal requirements and protect the interests of the company.
Analyzing contract terms and conditions to identify legal and business risks.
Negotiating with clients and third-party partners to achieve favorable terms for the company.
Advising internal stakeholders on contractual risks and obligations.
Ensuring that contracts comply with company policies, as well as all relevant laws and regulations.
Working closely with other departments, such as procurement, finance, and operations, to ensure that contracts are in line with business goals and objectives.
Conduct research and provide legal and contractual advice to management on various legal and compliance issues.
Develop and implement legal policies and procedures for the company.
Stay up to date with changes in laws and regulations that affect the fashion retail industry.
Assist in negotiations, disputes, and legal proceedings.
Manage the compliance program for the company and develop training materials for employees.
Other legal requirements/supports within the Company designed by Line Manager or BOD
Job Requirement
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in law.
Certificate of graduation from Lawyer training (advantage).
At least 4 years of experience in a Legal Management role in retail or commercial real estate businesses.
In-depth knowledge of law related to Ecommerce, legal compliance, risk management, and contract law.

Proficient in using legal English (in presenting documents)
Proficient in English (communication).
