• Act as a liaison with the 3PL’s and OnPoint • Work with the management team of 3PL’s about complaint response time, return order operation process. • Push 3pl receiving return order, monitor bad stock when has return transaction • Find solution close issue, follow, and build up long tern process • Connect with SC, follow all inbound request receiving complete on lead time • Weekly review KPI performance and ongoing issue. • Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
• Position requires 2-4 years of management experience working in warehouse/distribution environment. • Knowledge and experience with ecommerce, negotiate, process mapping and project management highly valued • Ability to manage time and meet deadlines as required. • Minimal travel to OnPoint could be required. • Smart thingking skills are preferred.
