Responsibility 1: Category Management: Develop and implement the strategic sales plan of in-charge Category.
Make reports and implement Category Management to understand the in-charge category under the direction of the team leader and director.
Keep up with Market Trends through research, analysis, and evaluation to identify customer needs and product trends.
Responsibility 2: Merchandising Management
Ensure daily, and monthly tasks are fulfilled.
Manage the performance of the in-charge subcategory effectively in terms of sales, profit, commission, rotation days, inventory, promotion, product assortment, quality of products, planning, and allocation.
Manage the in-charge sub-category’s Vendor through negotiating and cooperating in trading terms, pricing, promotion, activations, and others to ensure strategic cooperation and the in-charge category's performance.
Cooperate with related teams (GS, PB, POG, Product team, MKT, OPD, etc.) to source, develop new products, and optimize the in-charge category structure.
Responsibility 3: Reporting
Timely and complete reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc) as assigned.

3 years of working experience in retail industry and related category.
Know of in-charge category
Have knowledge and experience in the Fresh Food or Fashion sector, the Company’s field of retail industry.
