Job Description
- Ensure the construction and compliance with the company's operational risk policies in full.
- Conduct Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) across the entire company through surveys, workshops at various levels.
- Report operational risk losses of the company to the management board and risk management committee.
- Develop, analyze, and report Key Risk Indicators (KRI) of the company.
- Understand and continuously implement Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and lead regular testing.
- Cooperate with Compliance and Internal Audit units to assess the company's overall operational risks.
- Understand the cost of capital calculation method for operational risks according to Basel 2 and Basel 3 standards
Job Requirement
1. Knowledge, Experience Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher,
- Experience: 3 years or more,
- Language skills: Proficiency in English communication,
- Understanding of the products, services, and policies of the unit:
- Priority in the field of finance and banking
2. Professional Skills and Competencies
- Have a good understanding of operational risk management in the finance and banking sector,
- Proficient in using office computers.
- Soft Skills Ability to communicate effectively with departments, Ability to present to the risk management committee on operational risk issues,
- Good problem-solving skills.
