Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all materials.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure communication activities support business goals.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Develop plans to engage stakeholders and protect the company's reputation.
Handle communication issues effectively to mitigate risks.
Event Management:
Coordinate corporate events, such as press engagements and industry conferences.
Ensure that events align with Savills' brand and communication strategies.
Market Research and Analysis:
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine communication approaches.
Budget Management:
Oversee the PR and communications budget, ensuring resources are used effectively to achieve the best results.
Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor's degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 - 5 years in PR and communications, preferably in real estate. Demonstrated success in media relations, content creation, and campaign management.
Skills:
Strong media relations and strategic thinking abilities.
Expertise in content writing, PR writing (media statements and press releases), and social media content.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with PR tools, social media management, and Microsoft Office.
