Job Description
Manage whole customer lifecycle
Conceive and initiate portfolio action programs to improve customer activity and stickiness to the cards product
Ensure portfolio health & quality along with credit unit
Drive spend campaigns through tele-sales channel
Monitor turnover data & program performance to improve effectiveness
Job Requirement

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance & Banking, or Insurance.

Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise
Knowledge of credit cards.
At least 2 years of experience in credit card spending management.
