Job Overview: The Senior Production Manager is responsible for managing production processes, ensuring high-quality outputs, and collaborating with clients and vendors to meet project requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate collaboration between clients and vendors, guiding discussions on upcoming projects to ensure timely and full delivery.
Provide expert advice on the structural design of displays, considering materials, safety, and functionality, and suggest alternative options that benefit cost, quality, or timelines.
Maintain constant communication with your line manager and broader team to explore synergies and opportunities for greater collaboration.
Tailor your communications to effectively obtain feedback and ensure project milestones are met.
Manage low to medium-complexity briefs, questioning them when necessary to ensure clarity and effective delivery.
Deliver regular campaign updates, ensuring proactive communication of next steps to the Senior Production Manager.
Develop and manage campaign plans, confidently handling client expectations throughout the production process.
Track suppliers’ progress through various production stages to ensure everything is under control and on schedule.
Engage in supplier conversations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes, focusing on cost savings, quality, and value engineering.
Ensure accurate data entry into the IWW system to allow timely billing processes.
Maintain accurate activity reports, delivering value to clients based on their reporting needs.
Provide support to the Client Services team, ensuring thorough completion of specifications and adherence to workflows.
Emphasize the importance of data quality and its impact on business, following compliance processes for data accuracy.
Work with key stakeholders to identify areas of improvement, actively addressing issues related to savings or performance
Job Requirement
Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management of advertising marketing materials, ideally within an FMCG setting or supporting FMCG clients.
Strong communication skills in English are beneficial.
Passion for sustainability and circular business models is a plus.
Ability to navigate complex production challenges, utilizing both problem-solving and technology-oriented approaches.
