Be responsible for daily overall activities and working effectiveness in Project department.
Be responsible for managing and using manpower and equipments effectively.
Be responsible for project planning, to operate for project achievement, to ensure the technology, product quality and productivity have to be efficiency
Build the development projects, operational solutions which should be followed factory specifications.
Co-ordinate with related departments to ensure that the factory is always under well operation, machines and equipments which have to clean and maintain frequently
Co-ordinate with HR department in recruitment and training staff in order to improve their skills and manpower development.
Job Requirement
Bachelor graduated in Technology or related.
Having experience in plastic production, 5 years experience in Supervisor or Manager
Very good in, planning, communication and well presentable, proactive, tender, team work…
Understand the operation principles of industrial system in plant
