Monitor overall quality assurance function (product and process) end to end process Approve qualtiy standard based on customer's requirement and UA's standard
DUTIES & TASKES:
Join ICM meeting and make clear matters relating quality
Participate in risk assessment activities
Conduct product quality audit at all sections: sample room/dye/ wash/ final inspection
Monitor sample quality inspection and provide solution to improve quality
Review and accept level for printing issues base on UA manual and customer requirement
Make decision to approve/ reject based on quality standard for end to end sections
Make decision for commercial pass based on UA manual and customer requirement
Evaluate CFA skills
Conduct quality standard training for internal team and external team
Conduct training to enhance CFA team knowledge
Observe quality process functioned at all sections: sample room/ Printing/ embroidery/ dye/ wash/ sewing line/ final inspection
Escalate critical issue relating to quality which impact factory performance
Conduct meeting with relavant departments to cascade quality process concern
Job Requirement
Education:University degree, bachelor degree of Textile Technical or equivalent dye/wash
Experiences 3-5 years of same level in garment field or manufacturing industry
Textile/ garment testing experience is a plus

Strong in making decision.
