Key Responsibilities: • Drive business growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities in the Logistics & Freight Forwarding sector. • Manage and expand customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and revenue generation. • Take ownership of the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout. • Work to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. • Manage P&L responsibilities, ensuring that financial goals and budget targets are met. • Leverage your knowledge of the Ocean Freight product to provide tailored solutions to customers. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers and vendors to secure profitable business deals. • Maintain and grow an extensive portfolio of clients and vendors to support sales and business development objectives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirement
Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Logistics & Freight Forwarding industry, specifically in Sales and Business Development. • Proven track record of successful P&L management and meeting revenue targets. • Strong knowledge of the Ocean Freight product and logistics industry practices. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors. • Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
