      Job Description

      • Identify, onboard, and manage a network of distributors for galvanized products.
      • Build long-term relationships, aligning distributors with the company’s objectives.
      • Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive growth through the distributor network. Set clear sales targets and KPIs for distributors.
      • Provide ongoing support, resources, and training to distributors on product knowledge and market trends.
      • Track and report on distributor performance, sales trends, and achievements. Address challenges to ensure targets are met.
      • Lead negotiations on terms, pricing, and contracts with distributors, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

      Job Requirement

      • Male, < 45 years old
      • Bachelor's Degree or higher
      • 7-10 years of sales experience in galvanized / pre-coated metal / steel, at least 5 years of working as managerial position
      • Good at English
