The Senior Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales and implementing our strategic vision. Working in tandem with cross-functional teams in Sales, Product marketing, and technical services. The Senior Sales Manager will develop and execute projects with precision and efficiency. A key focus will be on establishing and nurturing customers relationship, particularly with garment exporters and B2B brands, positioning Nextevo as the go-to supplier in the sustainable textile industry.
· Accountable for sales revenue across assigned territories/key accounts and brand partners
· Appointing OEM manufacturers for yarns and fabrics requirements
· Build and maintain relationship with mills and garment factories based on brand’s requirements and ensure year-on-year growth
· Database creation of leads and follow ups with selected partners
· Identifying key customers’ demands and forecast future sales pipelines
· Participate & set-up trade shows as and when required
· Perform category analysis including sell-thru, forecasting, pricing corridor & segmentation
· Work with Marketing Team on calendar timelines & deliverables
· Keying in Sales orders to ERP
· Create monthly sales action report and reporting to management
· Ensure inventory Churn are achieved as per target
· Follow up on payments from key accounts
- More than 05 years in Sale Manager role.
- Good command in English.
- Experience in Textile, Garment industry is an advantage.
-Willing to go for bussiness trip local and aboard.
