Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain, with a focus on fabrics and leathers.
Strong knowledge of textiles, leather materials, and manufacturing processes.
Proficient in supplier management and contract negotiations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with ERP systems and sourcing tools.
Cost savings achieved through strategic sourcing.
Quality benchmarks met for sourced materials.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Able to work well under pressure and tight timeline.
Carefully, enthusiasm, high responsibility at work, proactive, and supportive.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel, Power BI, Data Analysis.
Good at writing, reading, speaking and listening in English.
