Influence to hire to the best talent both in the internal and external market and present strong options to hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines that meets our requirement.
Ensure accurate recruiting metrics, processes and procedures including recruitment and selection process, recruitment templates and dashboards/ reports (weekly/ monthly, yearly) in order to determine the efficiency and impact of the workforce
Keep records of candidates’ database following company’s process and update recruitment record database in a timely and accurate way.
Coordinate with TA Manager/ Head of HR to implement talent acquisition strategies and provide advice/feedback on talent acquisition matters
Assist in planning, executing and optimizing employer branding and internal communications activities based on company’s strategies, initiatives and campaigns on both online and offline channels
Assist in managing channels of Employer Brand/Sourcing such as: Recruitment Websites, Facebook Career Pages, LinkedIn Career, External Job Sites, etc.
Other HR projects as required by TA Manager/ Head of HR.
Job Requirement
Qualification:
Bachelor or higher preferably in HR, MKT, Communications, Public Relations or related one
Relevant Experience:
At least 3 years of relevant working experiences in Fashion, Retail or FMCG marketing preferably
Good experience in doing Talent Acquisition, Talent Attraction, Recruitment Marketing
Skills and Personal Attributes:
Positive, result-oriented and will power to strike for excellence
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
