SEO (Senior Executive/Leader)

Job Description

* SEO Senior Executive

- Have knowledge in building and managing multiple projects at the same time.

- Regularly update algorithms Google.

- Ability to analyze and audit On-page weekly/monthly.

- Have knowledge in website selection to build backlink.

- Have basic knowledge to edit Technical websites with Worldpress source code (htms, css…).

- Able to proficiently use current SEO tools (Ahref, Semrush, Majestic…).

- Having knowledge (ASO) and optimizing search engines (SEO) and Affiliate are an advantage.

- Skills to search for information on the internet belong quite good.

- Experience in analyzing and researching keywords, market research, analyzing what competitors are doing.

- Grasp trends and be quick to respond to changes in the internet environment.

- Successfully SEO keywords with search volume less than 100,000/month.

- Priority is given to candidates with experience in ranking keywords that bring good performance conversions in fields (e-commerce, online travel, real estate, crypto, finance, mobile-gaming, oriental medicine products…).

* SEO Leader

- Propose SEO strategies: understand deeply about SEO principles and techniques, and from there to propose a search engine optimization strategy for company websites.

- Research keywords that customers use to search for products and services that the company offers. From there, website content can be optimized to increase friendliness with search engines.

- Manage and optimize product information, product descriptions, blog posts, videos, images and other content.

- Manage backlink, increase website reliability through links (blacklink) from reputable websites. Evaluate linking sites and create strategies to increase link count.

- Optimize user experience on a website, including optimizing page speed and designing user-friendly websites.

- Measure and analyze SEO-related metrics such as: traffic, trust, website ranking, and other metrics, data analysis is required to provide detailed analysis and recommendations in SEO strategy.

- Monitor new trends to discuss the company search engine optimization strategy to always achieve the best results.

- Training and managing employees. Manage and supervise the activities of SEO specialists and content writers to achieve optimization goals.

- Update algorithm changes and Google policy changes, adjust plans promptly.

- Coordinate with technicians to resolve issues related to technical, UX, UI of the website. Manage team members' work arrangements to improve project performance.

- Have knowledge in building and managing multiple projects at the same time.
