Service engineer

Job Description

- To be able to handle and follow-up with customers, projects & contract about services and technical issues.

- To be able to read and understand inquiry, technical data, layout, and flow sheets. (will be trained)

- To be able to check the drawings (will be trained).

- Knowledge about machines of feed and biomass manufacturing field. (will be trained)

- To be able to make reports about the service visits.

Job Requirement

-   Knowledge about machines of feed and biomass manufacturing field.

-  Good written and communication skills in English

- Good knowledge in MS office (Word, Excel and PPT)

- Willingness to travel to customer’s site for the services and follow-up.

- Good knowledge/skill in Auto-cad

- Flexible, to be able to adopt on various needs and workload.

- Hard-working, aggressive, and friendly.

- University graduated on the in Mechanical engineering.

- At least 2-year experiences in Industrial Machinery and Factory Services.
