Job Description
Service and Maintenance Leader is responsible for overseeing the maintenance team, ensuring efficient equipment operation, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing maintenance processes. This role involves coordinating service activities, mentoring team members, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Collaborate with the project, sales, and R&D departments on service and improvement-related initiatives.
Team Leadership & Coordination:
- Lead and supervise the service and maintenance team.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to technicians.
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance and service tasks.
Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
- Optimize maintenance procedures to minimize downtime.
Customer Support & Training:
- Provide technical support and solutions to customers.
- Train customers in proper equipment operation and maintenance.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and recommend effective solutions.
Process Improvement & Compliance:
- Implement best practices for maintenance efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service reports.
