Job Description

To administer SPU (Service Part Unit) VN team - build teamwork, assist team to meet KPIs, provide training - impart knowledge, protect staffs and must present powerful representative for SPU.

Primary duties include:
1. To manage Service Part Unit team in Vietnam.
2. Monitor and review with team to hit Service Part Development timeline be it for transfer project or new project.
3. Ensure Service Part Order fulfillment achieve OTD goals.
4. Whenever models End of Life, coordinate team to do Last Time Purchase.
5. Establish new process / workflow for improvement where needed; especially if it needs change to fit with Vietnam operation.
6. To reduce number of packaging used for service part in order to minimize packaging MOQ stress from operation.
7. Also, to support Packaging team towards Green Environment Packaging.
8. Due to complication of EPE business, he/she will work with TTI Custom Department, Finance and Legal for the export declaration or find alternate solution to fulfill the service part orders for long term solution.
9. In short, he/she will be the coordinator for any service part demand and supply. In any case, there is any dispute, he/she will be the bridge for all communications.
10. Jobs are not limited to above stated and could change based on organization needs.

Working place: SHTP - District 9, HCMC. We provide shuttle buses from Binh Duong, Dong Nai & HCMC.

Job Requirement

1. Education: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management, Engineering, Finance, or Business, or equivalent education & work experience. Advance degrees in Business, Finance, or Operations are desirable. 

2. Experiences: 

  • 3-5 years experience in a leadership role in a Supply Chain, Product Management, or Operations capacity. Experience in service parts and/or aftermarket service is highly desirable. tc.)
  • 3-5 years experience leading people and teams
  • 3-5 years managing cost center financials. Full P&L responsibility is desirable
  • 1-3 years experience in or as leadership of an inventory-control function   

3. Knowledge: New Product development, Transfer project, Supply Chain Management in power tools manufacturing industries is highly desired 

4. Functional Skills: Demonstrated success in leading high performing operations based on strategy, data, objectives, and best practices.

  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal are required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, TEAMS) 

5. Other abilities:  

  • Experience working in an enterprise-grade ERP (Oracle, Microsoft AX, SAP, JD Edwards, etc.)
  • Able to write and communicate in Vietnam and English. If he/she can also speak  Mandarin will be an advantage
