Job Description

Exporting procedure:

• Receive informations from customer service team. Then arrange the schedule for exporting, delivery good.
• Execute shipment process on AX system.
• Contact customer for getting and checking informations about orders before ship out and do customs declaration.
• Coordinate shipping with customs agent for clearance and delivery.
• Arrange vehicle, shipmode for delivery.
• Solve problems related to shipments.
• Voice out difficulty issues if any.
• Keep track of shipment for payment and import-export documentation.
• Checking and make payment fo transportation agent.
• Checking and make payment for transportation agents, submit payment on time.
• Arrange urgent shipments as enquiry.
