Review and select locations based on legal, financial, and business requirements.
Assess if a location is suitable for business growth.
Work with internal teams to get approvals for new sites.
Lease Negotiation & Management: (20 - 40%)
Negotiate lease terms to get the best deal for the company.
Review contracts with internal teams before signing.
Ensure all lease agreements follow legal and company policies.
Maintain good relationships with landlords and manage lease renewals.
Business Expansion & Compliance: (10%)
Work with local authorities to understand zoning and legal rules.
Stay updated on laws related to site expansion.
Help plan the company’s growth strategy.

Job Requirement
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
3-7 years of experience in real estate, leasing, or site expansion.
Experience in international real estate firms or business expansion roles in MNCs (preferably in education or services).
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of real estate laws and leasing regulations.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Business mindset with a results-driven approach.
Good understanding of Vietnam’s real estate market.
Ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English (spoken and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
