Accountabilities
● Run day-to-day operations of Lovepop.com site merchandising, including. Home Page content updates, product setup and listing optimizations, collection page optimizations, and overall site content updates.
● Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, Digital Product, Engineering, Copy, and Creative Services teams to ensure timely product launches, key seasonal events, and tentpole campaigns.
● Collaborate with the Merchandising, growth, SEO, and lifecycle teams to identify opportunities to increase engagement and conversions through curated collections and occasion-focused themes.
● Refine sort orders, filters, and navigation on category pages to streamline the customer journey and maximize conversion.
● Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, and Media teams to align merchandising strategies with broader brand initiatives.
● Support the execution of promotions, and markdown events for all promotional campaigns and evergreen offers.
● Daily/weekly and monthly reporting and performance updates to key stakeholders and leadership teams.
● Own analysis and reporting for site and product feedback from customers and work with digital product, merchandising, happiness, and marketing teams to ensure all customer pain points are addressed timely manner.
● Minimum of 2+ years of experience in site merchandising or DTC e- commerce. Merchandising, buying, and planning experience is a plus.
● Expertise in web analytic tools: Google Analytics. Experience with Edited, Quantum Metrics, (heatmapping) Clarity, Heap, SFCC reporting is a plus.
● Tech fluidity: Salesforce Commerce Cloud (or similar CMS), PIM management.
● Proficient Excel skills are critical: Lookups, Pivots, Index Match, etc. Functional in other Microsoft applications (Power BI, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint) and PM software (Asana, Confluence, Jira, Monday, etc.).
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Excellent organizational skills and advanced project management skills.
● Ability to multi-task and shift priorities while independently managing timelines.
● Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
● Fluent written and verbal communication in English
