Social Commerce Manager (Beauty & Fashion)

Job Description

Category: Beauty and Fashion.

Report to: Growth Director.

Location: 555 3/2 Street, Ward 8, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City.

Working time: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday – Friday) and 8:30 - 12:30 (Saturday Morning).

I. Responsibilities:

• Build and execute a Social Commerce strategy to increase revenue on platforms like TikTok Shop, Facebook Marketplace, Instagram Shopping, Shopee Live, and Lazada.
• Plan and optimize livestream and short video campaigns to boost engagement and conversion rates.
• Establish and manage partnerships with KOCs, KOLs, and livestream teams to drive sales performance.
• Analyze shopping behaviors and user data, and propose engaging content strategies to attract customers.
• Manage ads and promotional programs on Social Commerce platforms to optimize performance.
• Apply automation and AI to the social media sales process.
• Coordinate with departments (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure a seamless shopping experience from content to delivery.
• Monitor and report performance metrics (KPIs), continuously improving campaign effectiveness.
• Other tasks as agreed with superiors (if any).

Job Requirement

1. Mandatory:

• At least 3 years of experience in Social Commerce, E-commerce, or Digital Marketing, preferably in the Beauty & Fashion industry.
• Deep understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Lazada, Facebook & Instagram Shopping.
• Experience in managing livestreams, collaborating with influencers, and creating sales content.
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing Social Commerce performance.
• Proficiency in running ads on Social Commerce platforms.
• Strong project management and team leadership skills.

2. Preferred if:

• Candidates have experience working with premium brands in the Beauty/Fashion industry.
• Experience in applying AI and automation tools is a plus.
