Job Description
We're looking for a creative and passionate Social Media & Community Engagement Manager to elevate Ly Gia Vien's brand presence across social media platforms. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling content, fostering vibrant online communities, and leveraging social media to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram, catering to both B2B and B2C audiences.
Content Creation: Create engaging, platform-specific content (posts, videos, stories) that aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.
Community Management: Manage social media communities, fostering engagement, responding to comments/messages, and building relationships with followers.
B2B Engagement: Utilize LinkedIn for lead generation, thought leadership, and relationship building with key industry players.
B2C Engagement: Leverage TikTok and Instagram to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate leads.
Analytics: Track and analyze social media performance, reporting insights and recommendations to leadership.
Job Requirement
Proven 3+ years in social media management, ideally with a focus on B2B and B2C brands
Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with experience creating visually appealing content.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data.
Fluent in both English and Vietnamese. Excellent written and verbal communication.
Implementing multiple tasks and time management. Strong community management skills
