- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring of content across assigned social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Coordinate with design, content, and brand teams to source and adapt content.
- Support campaign launches, promotions, and product announcements.
- Track and report performance metrics weekly and monthly.
- Respond to community interactions: comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Request content creation when needed and manage approvals.
- Maintain brand tone and consistency across all channels.
- Stay updated on platform trends and suggest innovative approaches.
- In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by the supervisor that are essentially related to duties.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, ideally in B2B/B2C brands.
- Strong experience with social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, or native platform schedulers).
- Experience in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple accounts at once.
- Confidence in using AI platforms such as ChatGPT / Google Banana.
- Experience in reporting data from social media channels.
- Strong written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
