Job Description
1. Training Program Development:
- Identify training needs with product development and stakeholders.
- Design curricula, materials, and assessments.
- Create user guides, tutorials, webinars, and workshops.
2. Training Delivery:
- Conduct in-person and virtual training for end-users.
- Facilitate interactive learning for encourage participation, knowledge retention, and skill application.
- Provide one-on-one coaching.
- Manage training logistics.
3. Training Evaluation and Improvement:
- Administer post-training assessments and analyze feedback for improvements.
- Update training materials regularly.
- Report on training metrics.
- Partner with the product development team to stay informed about new features, updates, and bug fixes.
- Work with the customer support team to identify common user issues and incorporate solutions into training programs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align training initiatives with overall company goals and strategies.

Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 01 year experience in technical training, instructional design, or related fields.
- Proficient in creating training materials using various tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Strong technical writing skills for clear and concise documentation.
- Willingness to travel for in-person training sessions.
- Adaptability, patience, creativity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for fostering a positive learning environment.
