Sourcing Leader

Job Description

1. Supplier Management:

- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to meet the company's requirements for quality, cost, and delivery.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.

- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, addressing any issues promptly.

2. Strategic Sourcing:

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for various categories, including fitness equipment, home goods, and related products.

- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and potential new suppliers.

- Implement best practices in sourcing to drive cost savings and efficiency improvements.

3. Contract Negotiation:

- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers.

- Ensure all agreements are in line with company policies and objectives.

- Manage contract renewals and amendments as necessary.

4. Cost Management:

- Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost reduction and value improvement.

- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to achieve budgetary goals.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with product development, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

- Support new product launches by ensuring timely sourcing of required materials and components.

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 

2. Fluent in English (written and spoken).

3. University degree in engineering or related areas.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Proficiency in sourcing and procurement software and tools.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

9. Strong Microsoft office skills
