· Receive projects from an established or new account.
· Process projects with the various departments and follow their progress
· Work with costing to make sure quotes are turned around to the customer quickly
· Understand best use of materials and requirements of the individual customers.
· Keep TA senior management team aware of any issues in development or flow in production
· Communicate in an understandable and organized manner with the customer to give them confidence that their business is most important. That all aspects of the projects are being followed closely.
· Have the ability to or desire to, evaluate wood and metal finishes developed from reference materials, guiding the customer to the best combination of materials for a finish.
· Collaborate with planning to achieve required shipping dates that were promised on the initial acceptance of each project
- Working Time: Monday - Friday, 8-17h10,
- Transport Location: Sài Gòn, Bình Dương, Biên Hòa
· University degree in business related studies is preferred, but not mandatory
· 5 years’ experience in product development with a focus on direct customer communication
· Ability to collaborate with departments and read a CAD drawing
· Strong observation and communication skills. You must be able to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships, as well as handle complaints, settle disputes and resolve conflicts.
· Mandarin speaking a plus, but not required
· English speaking and writing to a high level required
· MS office and use of all collaborative software required
· Must have strong decision-making skills, as well as the ability to organize and prioritize work.
· Need to be self-managed and set priorities for meeting all customer requirements
Monitor production and work with production planning and customer service to ensure shipping on time. Communicate clear and verified reporting.
