Overview
Responsible for acquiring available roles and following the recruitment process of NLG, including sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Specialists in talent acquisition also focus on maintaining positive relationships with candidates and the company's reputation in the marketplace.
Recruitment
Implement recruitment process: job briefing, job posting, screening applications, conducting interviews, providing shortlists, scheduling interviews, reference check, extending offers, on-boarding activities, etc.,
Take part in developing future sourcing through employment events, job fairs, career events, or partnership programs.
Build high-quality partnerships with recruitment service providers.
Build & manage talent pool
Compile and manage the data pool into a talent mapping system and recruitment process to ensure a high-quality candidate experience and take care of follow-up alongside managers, adapting recruitment processes in order to ensure recruitment effectiveness.
Determine and develop a relationship with the talent pools in the market based on the current and potential talents of the company.
Implement employer branding
Support employment branding initiatives: update HR information in the company website, do job fairs & career talks at universities, research market situations, control the content of job advertisements of the company, do scholarship & internship program, recruitment contents and designs.
Contribute to fostering a positive working environment
Ensure 100% compliance without violating the procedures and policies of the division, department, or company.
Participate fully 100% in training, internal sharing, communication programs and events organized by HR.

Talent pipeline of qualified candidates
Content and job advertisements monthly via social media platforms.
Background and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or equivalent experience in related fields.
3-5 years of experience in internal recruitment/headhunting firms
Experience in real estate is a plus.
Proficiency in English.
Specific job skills
Knowledge in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and an openness to engage with people.
Must be able to build strong partnerships and connect with others across the organization to achieve sustainable results.
Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
