Identify the needs/requirements for business change across Supply Chain and Enabling Functions through IT/digital innovation solution to prepare for future Coca-Cola Vietnam Digital Roadmap.
Implement successfully assigned Digital Transformation projects to Supply Chain and Enabling Functions organizations in order to meet Innovation Strategy of the company.
Act as an effective change agent utilizing proper stakeholder analysis and change management techniques to influence Supply Chain & Enabling Function team to implement business process changes and business transformation initiatives successfully
Responsibilities
1. Digital Business Transformation strategy and planning for SC & Enabling functions (20%)
Ensure Digital Transformation Plan in place for each function that aligns with Function Digital Strategy
Define roadmap, milestone and align with Function Digital plan deployment priorities
Mobilize resource to support the implementation plan
2.Digital Operational Execution (30%)
Manage multi-Digital Enabling Function related projects and initiatives across countries and functions successfully deployed as planned
Communicate across key stakeholders and monitor execution progress to ensure delivery against business transformation objectives
Collaborate, influence and partner with Function to make sure transformation agenda executed to create the value
3. System integration management (20%)
Oversee and monitor services used in application integrations
Design integration solutions and document the design in accordance with best practices
Work with vendors teams to architect, design, build, and implement application integrations
Support vendors on resolving system defects, acting as liaison, and developing solutions
Provide assistant to troubleshoot and resolve integration errors
4. Business Process Improvement (20%)
Perform root cause analysis, identify and define areas for improvement of business processes across all functions
Grasp the business needs and issues, continuously evaluate the current process to identify the gap
Propose and drive solution to minimize complexities, optimize and improve business needed for creating value
5. Change Management (10%)
Identify key stakeholders across function and form up change management plan
Define business case for change and act as a change agent to influence Function Leadership to implement change agenda
Collaborate, partner, and communicate change plan implementation to all related functions/teams
Job Requirement
KEY SKILLS, COMPETENCIES AND GROWTHBEHAVIORS REQUIRED
Degree in Computer Science,Business, Logistics, Operations or similar
8+ years total experience supporting enterprise business systems
5+ years of experience with SAP MM, WM, Forecasting, MPR, Logistic, FI CO modules
Knowledge of software planning/documenting/testing/analyzing products
Business knowledge of Supply Chain, Warehousing and Logistics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills across business functions and with key stakeholders
Ability to manage/prioritize multiple efforts simultaneously
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
Ability to design technical solution that operates efficiently in high data volume scenarios
Superior collaboration and communication skills – ability to develop productive relationships with cross-functional stakeholders; lead without formal authority; guide developers to appropriate outcomes
