Introduction
We provide overseas planning services focusing on visas to study, work, and live in Australia. We are launching our own Australian education pathway with campus in Viet Nam and we are now seeking motivated and competent individuals to be our student counsellors.

Duties & Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include:
Selling and promoting our courses to students and generating leads, including cold-calling and visiting clients.
Convert leads and manage cases and students, keeping students, their parents, and your manager regularly informed of file progress.
Experience with student management systems and knowledge of admission procedure, entry requirements and courses offered.
Become familiar with the Australia student visa GTE & SOP requirements (training will be provided).
Managing your own sales pipeline and performance.
Liaising with the Department and other relevant authorities.
Maintain current knowledge of legislation and policy (training will be provided).
Planning sales and counselling strategies and preparing contracts.
Ensure clients are satisfied and maintain loyal to our company.
Job Requirement
Required skills and experience
- No qualification needed, as we will provide you with training.
- Experience in client interactions, guidance on pathways, and course advising.
- Ability to guide students in choosing suitable education pathways and institutions abroad.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
- Excellent and effective communication abilities.
- Must maintain a neat and professional appearance.
