The Studio Operation Lead will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of studio operations, ensuring smooth and efficient livestream productions. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional livestream experiences.
In the Studio Operation Lead role, the candidate will be responsible for:
Requirements:
1. Education background requirements: Bachelor at relevant experience
2. Experience/Industry requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in livestream operations, with a strong understanding of streaming protocols, encoding, and delivery methods.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think quickly and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency with livestreaming software and equipment, including cameras, switchers, encoders, and streaming platforms.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate livestream production schedules.
