Job Description

• Receive orders from Sales Team (Email DMS), input order onto ERP system
• Check the money availability and inform accountant to post the money according to SO on ERP, then confirm SO on the ERP system
• Inform SO to logistic for delivery scheduling
• Receive complaints from customers and follow up with related dept for complaint solving
• Create/set promotions on ERP and send promotions scheme to sales team and customers (Once per month)
• Update information of ASM to ERP when there is a change in work roaming (information received from HR department)
• Other tasks assigned by line manager and above
