1. Analyze sales of each store daily/ weekly/ monthly to understand fast- & slow-moving items and propose to Merchandise Department (MD) to cut/ solve slow moving item.
2. Analyze stock of each SKU in each store to understand actual situation and make weekly ordering plan for each store.
3. Prepare ordering quantity and delivery plan each day for all stores to ensure to have acceptable stock.
4. Follow-up delivery schedule from warehouse and adjust ordering quantity to avoid out of stock in sales floors.
5. Work with MD to get promotion plan to make layout, calculate needed quantity and send order for promotion products to MMD monthly.
6. Make ordering plans for the opening period for new stores to ensure that the store can get the biggest result.
7. Other assignment from Regional Director
Qualifications
- University/ College degree.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in Food.
- Good planning, organizing & time management skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Detailed oriented and able to handle multitasks.
- Strong leadership and relationship management.
- Good command of spoken English.
