We’re seeking a highly skilled System Engineer who has the technical expertise to implement strategies, evaluate products, and build upon an infrastructure that supports the changing needs of our clients and partners. In this role, the System Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining new and existing systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be able to reliably deliver mission-critical infrastructure with an eye toward accessibility, monitoring, optimization, and security.
Responsibilities:
● Design and deploy hybrid data center (on-premise, on-cloud).
● Collaborate with development teams to provide necessary resources and support.
● Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using Python, Bash, Terraform and Ansible.
● Data center operation, including continuously monitoring, optimizing, and improving system performance, capacity, and availability.
● Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to deployments.
● Assist in the development and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
● Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements in Linux and network technologies.
● Participate in an on-call rotation periodically, providing out-of-hours support as needed.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
● Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Linux system administration and distributions, including RedHat, CentOS, Debian, etc.
● 3 to 5 years of scripting experience with Python, Bash, or Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible).
● Knowledge with Cloud technologies and public cloud such as AWS, Azure, Software-Defined Network
● Experience for network and system design and Virtualization ( VMware, Proxmox)
● Deep understanding of protocols such as DHCP, DNS, HTTP, LDAP, SMTP, and SNMP.
● Experience in Storage operations including Ceph/Lustre.
● Experience in Kubernetes
● Additional Linux certifications (RHCT, RHCE, and LPIC) will be considered an advantage.
● Additional Network certifications (CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIP) will be considered an advantage.
● Working in Agile, DevOps practices, and ITIL processes will be considered an advantage.
● Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining services such as MySQL, MongDB, nginx, Kafka, ElasticSearch, etc.
● Handon experience with monitoring system such as Prometheus, Grafana
● Data Center management experience is a big plus.
● Knowledge with CyberSecurity tools, CVE patching, VAPT, CIS harderning.
● Tech-savvy with a passion for learning new technology and tools.

● Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.
● Strong prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills.
● Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
● Willingness to travel for the new deployment of systems in the other countries
