- Be responsible for start-to-end recruitment process for staff level (across functions): job posting, CV shortlisting, 1st interviewing round, offering and onboarding.
- Conduct the sourcing and attracting candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Build talent pool for all the positions take incharge, especially for production, workers, QA/QC, maintenance…
- Manage and execute the onboarding process including orientation program and probation assessment for new staff.
- Involve in employer branding initiatives & activities
- Act as Brand ambassador to promote professional company image through online or offline channels.
- Analyze recruitment data but not limited recruitment process, effectiveness of sourcing channels, candidate pools, departments’ needs, market trends, marketing activities to define the recruitment strategies & recruitment plans.
- Support TAM to build up internal applicant tracking system & forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
- Be a partner with other stakeholders like Universities, Social organizations,... to diversify recruitment sources and promote Company's brand.
- Develop and manage Company social network pages.
- Together with team in designing & implementing internal activities to improve employee morale and engagement.
- Other tasks will be assigned when required.
- At least 2-3 years exprience of the same position.
- College or Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent written & verbal communication, result-oriented, collaboration and networking skills.
- Dynamic, diligent and can-do attitude.
- Good knowledge of HRIS is preferred.
- English communication is preferred.
