- Drives efficient process and delivers best practices for full lifecycle recruitment.
- Develops an understanding of job duties, responsibilities, and business requirements for open positions and able to develop thoughtful, comprehensive, position-specific search strategies that leverage best practice recruiting methods.

- Bachelor’s degree, refer major in Human Resources or relevant areas.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in Recruitment field.
- Ability to support, guide, and consult with managers throughout the hiring process.
