Work closely with internal departments to align recruitment processes with company policies and labor regulations.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience and adherence to hiring best practices.
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track recruitment metrics, analyze performance data, and provide insights to senior management.
Generate reports on hiring progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
6. Partner & Vendor Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, service providers, and external partners to optimize talent sourcing.
Identify and implement new recruitment channels to enhance the talent pipeline.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including talent sourcing, interviewing techniques, and onboarding processes. - Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to recruitment performance optimization. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in mass recruitment. - At least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in security or related industries. - Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Proven ability to work under pressure and achieve recruitment targets within tight deadlines.
